Time Machine: A Fast-Track Through History

Join Scotland's Urban Past at the Engine Shed for an immersive day of discovering Scotland's industrial, military, and social past.

Step inside the Time Machine to experience history live. Meet people from the past, try hands on activities, and learn about Stirling’s wartime history.

The programme includes: 

Engine Shed history

Hands-on activities

A live-action Minecraft build

Uncovered historic footage 

Treasure Hunts

Architectural tours

Artefacts roadshow

 ...and much more!

 We will also be building a touch-screen map of your memories from around Stirling, where you'll be able to click on locations from around the city and hear, see, and experience stories from locals.

This event is entirely free and open to the public.
